Where do you get your data?

We collect shelf prices DAILY (both the regular and the promo tag) from retailers’ online resources automatically — over 80,000,000 prices every day. Our own software robot mimics human behaviour, visits the site, gathers data per store, and after processing we deliver already-matched prices into the service.

We have free merchandisers (merchants), they still do their job and take pictures of price tags right away!

Dozens of our clients also started out collecting prices with merchandisers. But that usually means very limited territory coverage, manual-entry errors and extra work for staff to bring the data into the right Excel format. With Pricezavr you get thousands of price tags in a few seconds, for any period and from any city.

Is this monitoring straight from the shelf?

We work with chains that use our data and have jointly verified the match. The prices we provide fully match the shelf prices. In fact, at some chains staff forget or don’t manage to change the tags on the sales floor, so our data is even more accurate.

There are many regional chains in our city. Can you monitor all the retail chains?

Our system already covers 115+ retail chains — all federal chains and most of the regional ones. If a chain you need is missing, just tell us: if it is technically possible, we will add it to the service completely free of charge.

It's important for us to see the entire shelf for our category. Can you provide a comprehensive report?

Yes, of course. We provide data on the chain’s entire assortment broken down by each individual store, and we take on product matching for you free of charge — several names of the same product are unified to a single standardised name, so you can filter by properties (weight, brand, packaging, etc.).

Do you provide photo monitoring? / Do you provide photographs of price tags?

Photos used to be taken by merchandisers mainly to supervise field staff. We are an online service — we do not photograph store ‘shelves’; we collect prices from click-and-collect for a specific store address. Dozens of our clients work perfectly without the archaic storage of photos. We can open full access to the service for 7 days free of charge so you can see for yourself.
